Proposal for minor subdivision that does not meet ordinance requirements for lot width and road frontage. Windemere Township Zoning Ordinance, Appendix L, Section 4 requires remaining and newly created parcels to have 300’ width for a minor subdivision. Proposed subdivision does meet minimum lot standards for Shoreland Recreational Zoning District with public sewer.

Proposal to install septic holding tank that does not meet the required setback to ordinary high water level of Island Lake. Currently, the property does not have a septic tank. Due to the shape and size of the parcel and location of structures and neighboring water wells, a septic tank cannot be placed at the required setback of 100 ft. Proposal to install septic tank at 40 ft from ordinary high water level.
