Anyone operating or planning to operate a Short Term Rental (STR) in Windemere Township needs to submit an application for a STR permit. The application can be found here https://windemeretownship.com/short-term-rentals or by going on the Windemere Township website > Planning & Zoning > Short Term Rentals > Short Term Rental (STR) Application.
The township started accepting applications on January 5th, 2026. Thank you to those who have submitted applications thus far, your attention to this is matter is appreciated.
