Moratoriums of Subdivisions and Permits in the Shoreland

Note to residents that there are moratoriums of new subdivisions and new permits within the Shoreland District. The moratorium documents can be found on the Town website under "Windemere Township Ordinances" and are linked below. If you would like more information about the Shoreland District please see the "2025 Shoreland Mangement Ordinance."
