Public Notice for a Public Hearing before the Windemere Township Board of Supervisors on the Proposed Windemere Township Shoreland Ordinance to be held May 30, 2024 at 6:30 PM.
The Windemere Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 30th, 2024, beginning at 6:30 PM at the Windemere Township Offices located at 316 Elm Avenue, Moose Lake, Minnesota, for the purpose of taking public commentary on the proposed Windemere Township Shoreland Ordinance. A public comment period of 90 days will also begin on May 30th, 2024, and close on August 28th, 2024. A copy of the Proposed Shoreland Ordinance can be found in the Planning and Zoning dropdown, in both the Planning Commission tab and in the Forms and Information tab. All public comments can be emailed to Windemere Township Clerk Cindy Woltjer at clerk@windemeretownship.com, or mailed to Cindy Woltjer, Windemere Township Clerk, 91546 Military Road, Sturgeon Lake, Minnesota, 55783, and must be postmarked no later than August 28th, 2024.
PUBLIC NOTICE FOR STURGEON LAKE BOAT LANDING

THE STURGEON LAKE PUBLIC LANDING WILL BE CLOSING on July 8, 2024 for approximately a month for:
1. Tree removal by the DNR after July 4th
2. The landing will be closed on July 8th for about a month to redo the entire landing with:
a. New asphalt
b. New boat entry
c. Porta potty installation
d. Stormwater retention pond
e. More parking spaces
3. The closure will be posted by the DNR
