ROW Permitting

The Windemere Town Board has approved implementing this system for permitting construction activity within its road right of way as of April, 2024.  The intent is to safeguard the integrity of the Town’s roadways and utilities by more closely monitoring how work is done within the right of way.

Please take note of the steps in the process: 

1. The application can be completed online (fillable PDF displayed below) and submitted to the email addresse shown in the form.
2. The Township will review and provide initial feedback on applications. 
3. All applicants will be required to pay the minimum fees shown in the fee schedule.  
4. Applicant shall submit payment of permit fees to Windemere Township by check prior to beginning work.
