Notice of Special Meeting of the Township Board
Please take notice the Windemere Town Board will hold a special meeting on April 7, 2026 @10:00 a.m. at the Windemere Township Office, 316 Elm St, Moose Lake, MN 55767. For the purpose of:
1. Consideration of the draft comprehensive plan, draft zoning ordinance and maps.
2. Consideration of application and escrow fees.
3. Consideration of potential settlement agreement in the Summit Commons, LLC vs Windemere Township, et al, Case No. 58-CV-25-212, litigation.
The Windemere Town Board wants to reiterate this is a public meeting, not a public hearing. The public hearings on the amendment to the Comprehensive Plan, amendment to the Zoning Map and the Zoning Ordinance were held before the Planning Commission pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 462.
