NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Windemere Town Board will hold a special meeting on March 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at 316 Elm Avenue, Moose Lake, MN 55767. The Town Board will close a portion of the meeting to hold a closed session with its attorneys, as authorized under the attorney-client privilege pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(b), to discuss the following litigation: Anderson et al vs Windemere Township et al. Following the closed session, the meeting will be open for Board action, if necessary.
Some members of the Town Board may participate remotely.
