NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Windemere Town Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting on March 19, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 60 Hartman Drive, Moose Lake MN 55767. The Windemere Town Board will discuss and consider the DRAFT comprehensive plan/maps and DRAFT zoning ordinance/maps.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL JOINT MEETING BETWEEN THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND TOWNSHIP BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Windemere Planning Commission and Town Board will hold a special meeting on March 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 60 Hartman Drive, Moose Lake MN 55767.The Windemere Planning Commission and Town Board will close a portion of the meeting to hold a closed session with its attorneys, as authorized under the attorney-client privilege pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(b), to discuss the following litigation: Summit Commons, LLC v. Windemere Township, Town Board of Windemere, and Planning Commission of Windemere Township. Following the closed session, the meeting will be open for Board action, if necessary.
Some members of the Planning Commission and/or Town Board may participate remotely.
