Updated Draft Cannabis Ordinance

An updated copy of the proposed Cannabis Ordinance has been posted under:
Planning & Zoning ----> Planning Commission Draft Ordinances
The only difference from the original draft is Page 9, Section G.2 - language was added to clarify "Measurement"
This ordinance will be brought before the Board on September 11th, 2025 for approval.
