NOTICE OF SPECIAL JOINT MEETING BETWEEN THE PLANNING
COMMISSION AND TOWNSHIP BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Windemere Planning Commission and Town Board
will hold a special board meeting on November 24th, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at the 316
Elm Avenue, Moose Lake, MN 55767. The Windemere Planning Commission and
Town Board will close a portion of the meeting to hold a closed session with its
attorneys, as authorized under the attorney-client privilege pursuant to Minn. Stat.
§ 13D.05, subd. 3(b), to discuss the following litigation: Summit Commons, LLC v.
Windemere Township, Town Board of Windemere, and Planning Commission of
Windemere Township. Following the closed session, the meeting will be open for
Board action, if necessary.
Some members of the Planning Commission and/or Town Board may participate
remotely.
